Pay is good for the work done, but it’s the same 1-2 mindless tasks each day, and our facility has way more drivers than lifts, and with the addition of very little orders to fill it gets very slow/boring. Oh if only it were so. There's a reason Walmart drivers are among the highest paid in the industry. You get what you pay for.

Walmart drivers are the cream of the crop, the best of the best. For starters, you must have a five year squeaky clean driving record. The tip one pays to a Walmart grocery delivery driver can vary depending on several factors. It can vary as per the total order’s value, its weight, climatic conditions, quality of service, the driver’s attitude, your mood, and lastly, your financial status! I usually pay 10-15% of the total order’s value.
